Shree Veershaiv Co-op. Shortly Launching Secure and easy to use Mobile Banking Services for making payments, transfers, Mini Statements, Balance inquiry, Bill Payments and host of other services for Customer convenience.
 

SVCB Bank Mobile Banking Channels
 
1)Application Base Mobile banking through WAP & SMS
 

The following services are on offer through this channel in the first phase of implementation:
 

 

  • Banking Services :
  • Balance enquiry - The customers will be able to view the real time account balance.
  • Mini statement - The customer will be able to view the last 5 transactions.
  • Cheque Book Request – Request the Cheque Book for the Account.
  • ATM Hot Card Marking – In case of Loss of ATM card mark your ATM Card Hot instantly.
  • Stop payment of cheques - The customer can stop the cheque online if not paid. The charges applicable will be same as that of charge applicable for across the counter service.
  • Intra-Bank Fund Transfer - The customer will be able to transfer fund to self or any third party accounts within the Bank after registration of the beneficiary. The beneficiary registration can be done either using the account number or mobile number if the beneficiary is also a mobile banking customer.
  • Inter Bank fund transfer - Inter-Bank Fund Transfer will be through IMPS.
  • IMPS - The Customers are now able to send / receive funds to/from other Banks 24X7 through IMPS. IMPS based fund transfer is also available for transferring funds to self / third party accounts within the Bank. The transaction limit set for fund transfer through application based mobile banking will be applicable for IMPS also.
     
Different services through IMPS :
Person to Person (P2P)
In P2P method the mobile banking customers can remit fund to beneficiary in other bank using his mobile number and MMID.
Person to Account (P2A)
In P2A method the mobile banking customers can remit fund to beneficiary in other bank using IFSC and account number.

 

2) USSD base Mobile Banking

Customers of the Bank can dial *99# USSD code from Mobile Phone to avail the services.
 

Services:
  • Balance enquiry : The Customers will be able to view the real time available balance and ledger balance of the account.
  • Mini Statement : The Customer will be able to view last 3 transactions in his account.
  • IMPS based Fund Transfer : The Customers are now able to send / receive funds to/from other Banks 24X7 through IMPS. IMPS based fund transfer is also available for transferring funds to self / third party accounts within the Bank.
